入住體驗非常好！超級寬敞的大堂，超級方便的交通。酒店天台也很舒服，餐飲味道也很不錯。總之是一次不錯的入駐體驗

很喜歡、超預期，給升級了海景房，還贈送15分鐘的按摩（就是有點吵）。離碼頭、超市、主街可謂是零距離，很推薦～

入住小甜點不錯，房間內比較普通，廁所還有幾衹小蚊子，類似國內四星酒店水平。但是優點：海景房的海景好看，地理位置很好，離主街碼頭都近。吃小紅書爆火的海鮮很方便。六樓無邊泳池很有氛圍感，躺在躺椅上看星星很幸福。 早餐是打包的，為了一日遊，整體還不錯

酒店位置很方便，住了一晚Ayana又來這裏感覺性價比挺高的，酒店離出海的碼頭和很近，如果要出海或去離島酒店在這裏休息一兩晚是方便的，酒店新開的衞生什麼的都不錯，比較推薦

We only spent one night here before embarking on our boat trip through Komodo. Unfortunately, our stay began with a major disappointment: Our booked private airport transfer didn't show up. The on-site employee was completely overwhelmed with our request, and it took forever for a car to arrive. Since we had already taken another taxi for half the price in the meantime, the whole thing was very frustrating. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were offered an upgrade and a voucher as an apology, but unfortunately, this didn't really improve things. The room was on the floor directly below the pool, whose constant gurgling could be heard all night long. Earplugs were provided, but they didn't help with the noise. Furthermore, the room was not clean: we found black hairs, dirty pillows, and an overall lack of maintenance. The spa was unbearably expensive! That's why we didn't use it. The staff was always polite and attentive, but their friendliness seemed forced—the smiles, unfortunately, didn't reach the heart or eyes. The Wi-Fi was also a disaster: It worked with massive interruptions in the room, but only reasonably well in the lobby – but there were no power outlets there for extended work. Positive points include the central location near the harbor (ideal for the boat trip) and the beautiful view of the bay. The pool itself also looks beautiful, but there are only eight loungers for over 200 guests, and these are already occupied early in the morning. In addition, the very loud and horrible music by the pool made the stay less than relaxing. On the other hand, the sunset from the roof terrace was beautiful. The breakfast was good and varied, but the same problem arose here too: the coffee we ordered was announced but never arrived. All in all, we unfortunately cannot give the hotel a good rating. Despite some positive aspects, the value for money is not at all good. For us, the stay was disappointing, and we would not stay here again. On our entire trip through Indonesia, this was the worst hotel we stayed in.
